Merck Serono Rollout of Discoverant® to European and U.S. Sites

LAFAYETTE, Colo., May 26, 2009 – Aegis Analytical Corp., the leading provider of Manufacturing Process Intelligence software solutions, announced today the signing of its agreement with Merck Serono, a division of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, to initiate the rollout of its Discoverant® software solution to selected Merck Serono process development and manufacturing sites across Europe and the United States.
