The Life Science Data Analysis Training Series
Aegis Analytical's Data Analysis Training Series is designed for individuals working in the life science industry who have limited statistical background knowledge. Each session will empower participants to read and understand general data analysis terms, concepts and reports frequently utilized in the life science industry. Participants will be provided with templates for use in developing their own observational and investigational analysis plans. The two training sessions can be taken together for a comprehensive overview, or seperately if you are only interested in the introductory or intermediate session.

Introductory Life Science Data Analysis Session:
The Introductory Life Science Data Analysis Session is designed for individuals working in the life science industry who have limited or no statistical background knowledge. This session will walk participants through industry specific data analysis terminology, basic data analysis concepts, typical plotting and graphical procedures, and standard process monitoring techniques (e.g., control charts, batch summaries, etc.). Participants will leave this session with a better understanding of how to read and comprehend basic monitoring, reports, graphs and data analysis results.
Intermediate Life Science Data Analysis Session:
The Intermediate Life Science Data Analysis Session is designed for individuals that have a limited background in statistics, however, their job requirements are such that an understanding of general investigational analytics applied in life science would be beneficial. This session will introduce participants to more sophisticated data analysis/research method concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, statistical power), as well as data cleaning and analytic techniques specifically used for investigational/root-cause analysis (e.g., correlations, t-tests, one-way ANOVA). Participants will leave this session with a better understanding of how to review, comprehend and be an active collaborator on investigational efforts within their company.
